About Vector Motors Corporation - car showroom; Vector Motors Corporation is an automobile manufacturer originally based in Wilmington, California. Its history can be traced back to the car Design Force, which was founded in 1978 by Gerald Wiegert. production of vehicles began in 1989 and completed in 1990. The company recently raised (as Vector Motors Corporation), and is currently developing a new supercar. Wiegert renamed Vehicle Design Force Vector Aeromotive after work began on a new project, the Vector W2.
